Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters production.

No further changes or cancellations can be made.

If you still wish to change or cancel, you may need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy (returns subject to 180-day window and applicable shipping fees).
4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

Freshnextday is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
