At Freshnextday, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. To make this process as easy as possible for you, we offer order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Order Changes or Cancellations (within 24 hours)

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order by either:

After 24 Hours

Please note that once 24 hours have passed, your order will be processed and moved to production, and we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations. This is because we begin preparing your products for shipment after this time frame.

  • Double-check Your Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
  • Incorrect Address and Additional Charges: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply, and you may be responsible for the return and re-shipping costs.
