Refund Policy

1. Order Exchanges

  • All products are printed or produced to order. Please double-check size, design, quantity, and shipping address before checkout.

  • We cannot exchange an item because of customer-selected errors.

  • If you spot a mistake, simply cancel the order within 24 hours (see Section 2) and place a new, correct order.

2. Order Cancellations

After 24 hours Not available Items move into production and can no longer be canceled.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 180 days from the date you receive the package.

  • Eligible reasons:

    • Item arrives damaged or broken

    • Wrong design, size, or material compared with your order

    • You receive the incorrect item

    • Product differs significantly from its description

  • Ineligible:

    • Worn, washed, or altered items

    • Damage not caused by Freshnextday

    • Items without original tags/packaging

    • Minor, repairable thread issues

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.


4. Filing a Refund Claim

E-mail [email protected] with:

  1. Order number & name on the order

  2. Clear photos or video of the defect / issue

  3. Proof of purchase (e-mail receipt or screenshot)

  4. Shipping label or carrier receipt (if already shipped back)

  5. Any other relevant correspondence

We reply within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide an RMA number and return address.


5. Return Shipment

  • Ship the item only after you receive our confirmation e-mail.

  • Note the carrier’s tracking number and send it to us.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs during return transit.


6. Refund Processing

*If you do not see the credit within 10–15 days, contact your bank or card issuer first, then let us know if further help is needed.


7. Important Notes

  • Our refund / return policy applies only within 180 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or our error.

  • Requests outside these guidelines, or packages lost in return transit, are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Always contact our Support Team before sending anything back.
