1. Order Exchanges

All products are printed or produced to order. Please double-check size, design, quantity, and shipping address before checkout.

We cannot exchange an item because of customer-selected errors.

If you spot a mistake, simply cancel the order within 24 hours (see Section 2) and place a new, correct order.

2. Order Cancellations

3. Returns & Refunds

Return window: 180 days from the date you receive the package.

Item arrives damaged or broken

Wrong design, size, or material compared with your order

You receive the incorrect item

Product differs significantly from its description

Worn, washed, or altered items

Damage not caused by Freshnextday

Items without original tags/packaging

Minor, repairable thread issues

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Filing a Refund Claim
E-mail [email protected] with:

Order number & name on the order

Clear photos or video of the defect / issue

Proof of purchase (e-mail receipt or screenshot)

Shipping label or carrier receipt (if already shipped back)

Any other relevant correspondence
We reply within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide an RMA number and return address.
5. Return Shipment

Ship the item only after you receive our confirmation e-mail.

Note the carrier’s tracking number and send it to us.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs during return transit.
6. Refund Processing
