Order Exchanges
To ensure a seamless transaction, please double-check the order details—such as size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase. If an error occurs, we cannot process exchanges for these mistakes. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. Order Cancellations
Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement
Order Cancellations (within 24 hours):
- We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.
- Simply email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase, and we will cancel and issue a full refund.
- After 24 hours, orders will be processed for production and cannot be canceled, as they are made-to-order.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery for most products. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted, and the order will be considered final.
- We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Items arrived damaged or broken
- Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
- Incorrect items received
- Significant deviations from the product description
Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defective items that are not due to our oversight
- Items without the original tags
- Minor, fixable thread issues
