- Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

Return Eligibility Criteria
- We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a sales receipt.

- Return shipping is also covered for first-time size/color exchanges within the 180-day period.
Return Procedure

- Prepare Your Return: Include a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email along with all returned items in the package.
- Ship the Package: Use your local postal service or a courier to send the package to the provided return address. Please send us the tracking number from the courier or postal service.
- Confirmation of Return: Once we receive your returned items, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund or exchange request.
