Returns Policy

1. Overview

We understand that things don’t always work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ll do everything we can to make the process quick and hassle-free.

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 180 days of the date you receive your order.

  • Eligible items: Regular-priced merchandise in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packing slip.

  • Ineligible items: Sale/clearance items, gift cards, and products returned in used or altered condition.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 180 days of delivery:
    Use the Contact Us form or e-mail [email protected].

  2. Provide:

    • Name on the order

    • Order number

    • Detailed explanation of the issue

    • Clear photos (for damaged/defective items)

    • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Important: We cannot assume responsibility for customer-supplied errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect product selections). Please double-check your order before checkout.


3. Return Shipping & Cost

All other approved returns Return cost: US $0.00 – still free!

We’ll email you a prepaid label (U.S. customers) or reimburse standard postage if a prepaid label is not available in your area.


4. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Approval & Address
    After contacting us, you’ll receive an e-mail with an RMA number and the authorized return address.

  2. Package Your Item(s)

    • Place items in their original packaging.

    • Include a copy of your order confirmation e-mail or write your RMA number prominently inside the package.

  3. Ship the Parcel

    • Drop it at your local post office or preferred courier.

    • Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

  4. Confirmation & Inspection

    • We’ll e-mail you once your return is received.

    • Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days.

  5. Refund or Replacement

    • Refunds (to your original payment method) are processed immediately after approval; banks may take 3-7 business days to post the credit.

    • Replacements ship free via Standard Delivery and include a new tracking e-mail.
