1. Order Processing

Cut-off Time Time Zone What It Means
5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York)
• UTC-05:00 when the U.S. is on Standard Time (early Nov – mid-Mar)
• UTC-04:00 when the U.S. is on Daylight Saving Time (mid-Mar – early Nov)
Orders placed after the cut-off are treated as if they were placed the next business day.  
  • Business days: Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. Postal Service holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

  • Payment confirmation: Processing begins only after your payment is accepted.

*Handling Time = time to print, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
**Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Actual arrival depends on your location and carrier conditions.

Carriers used: USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services.


3. Estimated Arrival

  • Continental U.S.: Most parcels arrive in 4 – 9 business days once shipped.

  • Custom & personalized items: Extra design time may be needed; we will notify you if this applies.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, carrier delays (weather, peak season, etc.) are beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive two e-mails:

    1. Order Confirmation immediately after checkout.

    2. Shipping Notification (with tracking link) as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

  • It can take 3 – 7 days for the first carrier scan to appear. Until then, tracking may show “Label Created” or no data.

  • If your package is late, please Contact Us and we will help.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international location at this time.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders returned for an incorrect, insufficient, or altered address are disposed of by our logistics partners and cannot be re-shipped without a new order.

  • If you request the carrier to forward or redirect a parcel, Freshnextday is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

  • A new order with the correct address (including a new shipping fee) is required if you still wish to receive the item.
