Once payment for your order is accepted, we begin processing and preparing it for shipment.

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office holidays like:

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

The delivery time of your order depends on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control. Here are our typical delivery windows:

Order Cut-off Time:

  • Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) to be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time


Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed (typically 1-2 days), we will send a notification with tracking information. You can monitor your order’s progress by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete, as this will affect delivery times.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your order, and we may need to contact you for updates.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender due to address issues.
  • Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. A re-shipping fee will apply for orders returned due to incorrect address details.

Additional Shipping Information

  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
    • International addresses, including APO/FPO addresses.
  • Custom and Personalized Orders:
    If you order a custom or personalized item, please allow extra time for production based on the complexity of your request.
